Zeekr has updated its 7X electric SUV for 2027 in Australia without raising prices. Orders opened on Nov. 1 and the first cars are expected to arrive in December.

Prices (before on-road costs)

  • RWD: $57,900
  • Long Range RWD: $63,900
  • Performance AWD: $72,900

What changes

  • Power: each variant gains 25 kW. The rear-drive models now make 335 kW and 520 Nm, and the dual-motor Performance makes 500 kW and 790 Nm.
  • 0–100 km/h: 5.6 seconds for the RWD, 5.5 for the Long Range and 3.7 for the Performance.
  • Range (WLTP): the Long Range claims 627 km, 12 km more than before. The RWD claims 482 km and the Performance 544 km.
  • Dashcam: a built-in digital video recorder is now standard. It uses the car's cameras to record while driving and to monitor the car when it's parked. The Driven says this came from customer feedback.

Battery and charging

The Australian car keeps its 800-volt architecture, with a 75 kWh LFP battery in the base model and a 100 kWh NMC pack in the two upper grades. Zeekr quotes DC charging of up to 450 kW and a 10–80% charge in as little as 11 minutes. The Driven notes it's unclear whether those figures apply to both battery sizes.

Why it matters

Zeekr says more than 23,000 Australians now drive a 7X, and that Australia accounts for around one in five 7X sales outside China. Holding prices while adding power and equipment keeps pressure on rivals in Australia's mid-size electric SUV segment.
