Karma Reveals the Eximius 1, a One-Off 1,195-hp Revero With a V-8 Generator
Karma Automotive has launched Eximius, a programme for one-off cars, and revealed its first build, the Eximius 1, at the Concours at Wynn in Las Vegas. The car is based on the Revero plug-in series hybrid but replaces its three-cylinder generator with a 6.2-litre V-8. Karma says total output is 1,195 hp.

Karma has built a 1,195-hp hybrid for a single customer. Car and Driver and Autoblog report that the Eximius 1 is the first car from Karma's new bespoke programme.
Key specs (Karma's claims)
Powertrain: a plug-in series hybrid. A 6.2-litre V-8 acts as a generator in place of the Revero's turbocharged three-cylinder.
Output: 1,195 hp, more than 600 hp above a standard Revero, according to Car and Driver.
Performance: 0–60 mph in 2.7 seconds and a 200-mph top speed.
Hardware: carbon-ceramic brakes, Öhlins semi-active dampers, 21-inch magnesium wheels and extensive carbon-fibre bodywork. The car is nearly two inches wider than a Revero.
The Eximius programme
Karma says customers can request changes to the body, powertrain and performance parts. It will build no more than nine bespoke cars based on each production model. The Eximius 1 will be delivered to its owner in 2027. The Revero is being replaced by the new Gyesera.
