WattsApp, which pays Canadian EV owners for home charging, has rolled out a new dashboard.

What's new

  • Dashboard: an interactive earnings history showing Charging Points, Referral Points, bonuses and giveaway winnings. It also shows the Points balance, redeemed rewards and upcoming prize draws.
  • Account management: members can manage Triple Play bonus selections, connected chargers and vehicles, and referral links in one place.
  • Non-Tesla EVs: owners charging with a Tesla Universal Wall Connector can enter their VIN on the dashboard's Connect page. Drive Tesla Canada says the VIN is used for verification, and rewards are still earned from sessions recorded by the Wall Connector.

Rewards and rebate

WattsApp's site advertises 21 points per kWh for home charging and up to $25 a month back for eligible Supercharging across Canada. Drive Tesla Canada reports that November members earn 21 to 33 points per kWh, depending on their Triple Play picks.

The Winter Supercharging Rebate covers eligible sessions from January through March 2027 for members who chose it in Triple Play. According to Drive Tesla Canada, claims are due by April 30, 2027. The rebate is paid as one Interac e-Transfer on or before May 30, 2027, after Clean Fuel Regulations verification. Members are asked to set up Interac Autodeposit with the email address on file.
