Tesla fell to 20th in Belgium in October, yet sold more than a year ago. It registered 488 new cars, 14.6% more than the 426 of October 2025, according to Febiac figures reported by Clint and Teslant. In September it had registered 2,352 and finished third, behind BMW and Mercedes.

The overall market fell 5.9% to 31,949 cars, with one fewer working day. Battery-electric cars took 48.5%, up from 36.4% a year earlier but below September's record 50.9%.

Over ten months Tesla stands at 11,132 cars, up 41.8% and already more than all of 2025, Clint says. The site notes the first month of each quarter is always Tesla's weakest in Belgium. If the fourth quarter matches the first three, Tesla would finish 2026 near 14,000, above 2025's 9,933 but well under 2024's 21,182.
