Older Model S and Model X owners can now chase FSD streaks. Tesla's software update 2026.38.6.2, released Monday, adds FSD Streak support to legacy Model S and Model X vehicles with Intel infotainment and Hardware 3, Drive Tesla Canada reports. It arrives less than a month after those cars got FSD v14.3 Lite.
The release notes, published by Not a Tesla App, also remove the beta label from Grok and add a Launch Series badge animation for the Model Y L. Service Mode gains a quick touchscreen language switch, and the High Voltage panel now shows isolation resistance values and any alerts or trouble codes for each component.
Not every owner likes streaks. Drive Tesla notes some have raised safety concerns that rewarding long stretches without disengaging could discourage drivers from intervening when they should.
