Tesla's annual meeting is a month away. The 2026 Annual Shareholder Meeting takes place on December 3 at 3:00 p.m. CT at Giga Texas, and shareholders of record as of October 13, 2026 can vote.
Not a Tesla App reports the ballot has three board proposals, all with a «For» recommendation: re-electing Elon Musk, board chair Robyn Denholm and JB Straubel to three-year terms; a non-binding say-on-pay vote on 2025 executive compensation; and ratifying PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditor. Votes can be submitted or changed until December 2.
Seating at Giga Texas is limited, so Tesla is holding a random drawing for in-person attendance. Tesla's meeting page says the entry deadline is Friday, November 6, at 11:59 p.m. CT, and that it expects to begin communicating selections the week of November 16. Other shareholders can join virtually.
